In addition to the standard payment options by cash or cheque, you are also able to pay for your Lakeview Community Membership online with a credit card.

 
Individual membership : Annual fee through June 30, 2011: $15 + $1 online processing fee = $16
Family membership : Annual fee through June 30, 2011: $25 + $1 online processing fee = $26
 
 
 
 
Lakeview Community Memberships can also be bought by one of the following methods:
  • In the Community Association office at 6110-34th Street S.W. by cheque or cash. Office Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
  • By mail. Just fill in this membership application form and mail it to the address provided with a cheque.
